Effect analysis on energy saving reconstruction projects of major city’s public buildings in Shenzhen

 Based on the statistical data including the reconstruction plan, investment amount, payback period and energy bills after renovation of the declared public buildings for energy saving reconstruction in Shenzhen, summarizes the energy saving effect of the renovation projects, the changes of energy bills and the energy saving effect of different renovation measures. Analyses the correlation of investment payback period, aiming to provide data supports on forecasting energy saving effect and payback period for building owners and reconstruction enterprises. Meanwhile, pushes the investor to pay more attention to energy saving diagnosis before reconstruction, in order to formulate the reconstruction plan more reasonable and highly building-compatible.
